It was an honor to join legendary reporters Paul Salopek, former Chicago Trib African bureau chief, and David Barstow of the Times on a Polk Journalism roundtable discussion last night.

Stefan won the International Documentary Association’s Emerging Filmmaker Award. Nice interview by Thomas White here about my influences etc.

Stefan directed a 10-spot campaign for The NFL Network called Who Wants it More? The series of spots features the musings of sports poet Sean Pamphilon and the out-there stylings of the great Al McCabe and his funky trio.

Stefan is especially fond of the arts funding organization New York Foundation for The Arts, and is honored to serve on their 2008 Artists Advisory Board.
