• Our feature doc Boogie Man, The Lee Atwater Story won a 2009 Polk Award for Excellence in Journalism and was nominated for a 2009 WGA Award for Best Theatrical Documentary! It has been called one of America's top political documentaries.
• Stefan won the IDA's Emerging Filmmaker Award for 2008.
• Our new hunger awareness spots featuring Gwyneth Paltrow, Michael Stipe, Tom Coughlin, and others will be playing not only on the networks, but also in movie theaters throughout NYC! "Sit back and relax, enjoy the show...Shhh!"

• NYFA has invited Stefan, a 2006 Fellow, to be on its 2008 Artists' Advisory Board.
• Stefan directed a 10-spot campaign for The NFL Network called Who Wants it More?
• The Reuters billboard in Times Square is showing our Food Bank spot What's Your Excuse?.

• Stefan's script Liberty & 13th was honored as a finalist for the 2007 Sundance Screenwriters Lab.
• Jonestown, which Noland wrote and co-produced, is on the short list for the 2007 Academy Awards!
• One More Dead Fish is on select PBS stations this fall, as well as DirecTV, Link TV (www.linktv.org) and Free Speech TV (www.freespeech.org/schedule).
• In July Stefan directed the pilot of a new prime-time show for A&E with chef Rocco DiSpirito.
• Stefan recently wrote, directed, and shot a new campaign for the Food Bank of NYC. It actually includes a comedy spot about hunger(!) starring Stanley Tucci, Jimmy Fallon, Fab Five Freddy, Mario Cantone from Sex In the City, and Ted from Queer Eye. Edgy.
